ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED ETHICALLY?

We believe that only through the best raw materials we are able to achieve unique products. For that reason, we work with small local producers and their materials, searching for exclusivity, innovation, quality and style.
 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.

HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MY ORDER IS SENT OUT?

Our handling time takes 2-5 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?

The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events. After our handling time, shipping typically takes 2-5 weeks and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OR NOT?

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

We have multiple suppliers with different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

WHERE ARE OUR ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

Our orders are shipped from our warehouses that are located in the USA, Europe and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, and China), depending on the product and the costumers’ address.
