You can paste or type your coupon at the checkout page - on the coupon box included in your order summary - the box is below the products you want to buy. After pasting the code click on the "Apply" button and the discount will be deducted from your purchase value. Please note that you can only use one coupon per order since our discount coupons are not cumulative.
All transactions and payments are processed in USD, however you can check the price conversion to your country's currency in the converter on the menu bar.

We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.

Usually the tracking numbers will be active within 1-2 business days after the shipping confirmation email is sent. Please note that the tracking activity can suffer delays from customs and shipping processes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on Shoes within 30 days of the purchase date. Leather and Summer Bags are Final Sale - as such, these items do not qualify for returns nor exchanges.
We accept returns in the United States, Canada, and the EU - Orders from other countries/zones are considered Final Sale and, thus, are not eligible for the return/exchange process.
Please make sure the merchandise is returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped, new and unused in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.
To start the process simply add your order number and email used to make the purchase.
Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and follow the steps on how you would like to proceed.
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, during Sales Season please allow up to 10 business days for our team to process your refund once we receive your merchandise.
